Some things to note:
Shipping time from puchase can range from 2-5 days. Tracking will come through Pirateship email and Big Cartel.
In an attempt to be more eco-friendly, some orders may ship in recycled mailers. Please feel free to re-use any package to keep the cycle going!
Once packages have been dropped off at the post office, the package and its movement are no longer in my control. You will be given tracking that you can check on your package and also use with USPS when dealing with any problems.
Any lost packages can be reported to USPS for a package trace most of the time.
International Shipping:
Given the spread of Covid and our inability to know whether certain countries, including the US will lockdown and delay mail, once we ship our tracked packages to you I will not be able to follow them across US Customs into your country. From Customs, they will be your responsibility to track to your doorstep. Lost parcels are out of my control.
In addition, I am not responsible for any Custom fees that you may incur from our shipment. I am familiar with International shipping and will be as careful as I can to keep Customs fees minimal, but with new rules regarding International shipping from the US, I am unable to guarantee no fees!
