Returns will only be accepted if the pin shipped does not meet the grading scale as outlined in the Grading Policy section. Returns or exchanges will be offered based on the individual circumstance. No exchanges or returns will be offered to second-hand buyers. That is to say, if you purchase a pin second hand, it is no longer eligible for coverage. If you make a purchase, no refunds will be given for reasons such as misuse of funds, no longer wanting the pin, or other reasons that do not meet the approved reasons listed in this section. Any shipping regarding returns will be the buyers responsibiliy unless the error is my own.
